Three Ways To Qualify:

(1) Players who have won their respective season playoffs. Your entry fee into the Tourney is free. Deadline to accept your entry is Sept. 22nd.

(2) We will have 30-40 at-large bids to passionate players who didn't win a championship. These spots will be rewarded by Tennis League Network senority. Players in the top 100 for wins and have played a 2009 season will be offered these spots first. At-large entry fee currently is $100, but will hopefully decrease as we get sponsors for the event. Deadline to accept your At-large entry is Sept 24th.

(3) We've received word that we can get more courts than originally scheduled for. If you have 15 or more legacy wins you'll probably be able to attend. These spots will go for $150/each. But, we won't know for certain until mid-September. If you are interested, send us an email and we'll put you on the waiting list.

Skill Levels:

Men's Advanced/Elite 4.0-4.5, Competitive 3.5, Skilled/Recreational Divisions 2.5-3.0 & Women's Competitive 3.5 and Skilled/Recreational Divisions 2.5-3.0. Women's Advanced 4.0+ will only be run if we get enough of the champions to commit to the event. Doubles Divisions will not have a Championship run for them.

Current Weekend Progam:

• Friday Noon: 1st set of matches
• Saturday Morning: Mini-Division matches will continue
• Saturday Afternoon: Tournament tennis will take place
• Sat. evening: League sponsored Buffet
• Sunday Day: Tournament concludes by 3 PM.

Rumor has it championship matches could be played on Center Court!

Tournament Format:

The event will be primarily run on Hard courts, but our agreement with Crandon could include some clay courts for the event. Players will be grouped in mini-divisions of 4 players. A round-robin will be played using 8 pro set format (First to win 8 games). Top two, three or all 4 players from each mini-division will move onto a single elimination tourney with other same skill level mini-division qualifiers. The # of qualifiers will be determined when we know the total # of participants for the event.

Travel Arrangements:

Travel arrangements will be covered by the players, not by Tennis League Network, LLC. We will block off hotel rooms at discounted rates for participants. We also will look for National sponsors to offset the majority of the costs and to sweeten the prizes and reduce the costs for the participants.

Ultimate Goal:

The tennis should be quite exciting, the players should be amp'd up for the tourney and if the sponsors arrive it should be well worth the trip.
